Registered Nurse (RN) or Social Worker (MSW) | Hospice Clinical Manager

We are seeking a compassionate RN or MSW who has the very special gift of hospice passion and leadership to join our team of Hospice Clinical Managers in leading one of our Hospice Community Teams!

What will you do?

Oversee and supervise an interdisciplinary hospice team of professionals
Direct and participate in the weekly hospice interdisciplinary group meetings
Oversee and supervise the day-to-day activities assuring quality patient care is provided on a 24-hour, 7-day basis
Participate in the manager on-call rotation with the other Hospice Managers

What is needed for success in this role?

Licensure as an RN or MSW in the State of Michigan
At least 1-2 years of management experience in a skilled nursing or med/surg setting
Prior hospice nursing or social work experience is highly preferred
Strong computer skills to chart in the EMR are essential
